One Front Door for Issaquah

Most districts hear the same thing. People don't know where to go for help. So we walked isd411.org the way a teacher, a parent and a custodian would. About 90 seconds.

What we found

Three Everyday Questions. Three Paths.

A teacher's projector won't turn on

Tech help sits outside the departments list on isd411.org. The closest page is Digital Learning, which covers the apps teachers use.

A custodian spots a leak in the hallway

The Operations page offers forms to download. The Facilities page covers building rentals. For a leak, the path is a form or a phone call.

A parent wants to find their child's bus route

Find Your Bus Route sends families to an outside tool with its own sign in, separate from the family portal login.

What one front door changes

Your site already has good answers, like how early students should be at the bus stop. schoolAgent answers from that content and sends everything else to the right team with the details attached. One place to ask. Your team keeps the work that needs them.

How we made this

We walked a handful of everyday questions through isd411.org the way a parent or staff member would. What we found is common. Most districts add systems over time, from different teams. Everything here comes from your public website, and we haven't posted it anywhere. The schoolAgent scenes are a concept view.
