One Front Door for Amagansett

Most districts hear the same thing. People don't know where to go for help. So we looked up three everyday questions on aufsd.org, the way a teacher, a parent and a student would. About 90 seconds.

What we found

Three Everyday Questions. Three Paths.

A teacher's display won't connect

Tech help isn't on the public site, so it becomes an email, or a walk down the hall.

A parent asks which apps hold her child's data

The Data Privacy page is thorough, and it ends with one contact.

A student can't sign in at home

Student Resources holds a single link.

What one front door changes

Your site already has good answers, like your Data Privacy page. schoolAgent answers from that content and sends everything else to technology with the details attached. It is trained without student PII, and a person stays in command.

How we made this

We looked up a handful of everyday questions on aufsd.org the way a teacher, parent or student would. What we found is common. Each department added its own tools over the years. Everything here comes from your public website, and we haven't posted it anywhere. The schoolAgent scenes are a concept view.
